Site Supervisor – Groundworks & Civils

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project at Dudley Interchange. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile civils scheme.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising groundworks gangs delivering drainage, paving and associated infrastructure works, ensuring productivity, quality and strict health & safety compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise groundworks, drainage and paving operations on site

• Lead and coordinate groundworkers, labourers and subcontractors

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

• Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks

• Enforce H&S standards and ensure compliance with site procedures

• Monitor productivity and report progress to senior site management

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively

• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets required specifications

Requirements

• SSSTS/SMSTS (essential)

• CSCS Gold or Black Card (essential)

• First Aid Certification (essential)

• Proven experience supervising groundworks and civils packages

• Strong knowledge of drainage and paving operations

• Ability to manage gangs and work in a fast-paced environment

• EUSR or other civils-related tickets (advantageous)

• Available to start immediately
