The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, ensuring high‑quality early years practice and a safe, stimulating environment for children and staff.

You will:

• Oversee all operational and compliance requirements (EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding)
• Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team
• Build strong relationships with families and external partners
• Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
• Ensure the nursery is always Ofsted‑ready
• Drive continuous improvement and support the nursery’s long‑standing reputation

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 early years qualification (minimum)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Previous senior leadership experience in a nursery
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to gain it within 2 years
• A supportive, confident leader who can inspire a team
