What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing strong relationships with architects, main contractors, joinery companies, and door manufacturers
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Midlands region
- Promoting a range of high-specification glass products for commercial and residential projects
- Securing product specifications at early design stages and following through to project completion
- Delivering compelling presentations and technical product guidance to clients
- Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or architectural products
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence
