Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy site in the Honiton area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term position within a production environment.
Key Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure products meet quality and client specifications.
- Maximise efficiency across production lines.
- Follow and promote all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Complete paperwork and production systems accurately.
- Act as a role model for best practice across the site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role within production or food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
