The Role

• Acting as Building Regulations Principal Designer across a variety of projects

• Advising clients, contractors, and design teams on compliance with Building Regulations

• Producing Designer Risk Assessments, Risk Registers, and compliance documentation

• Attending design team meetings and resolving regulatory compliance issues

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to quality standards and project delivery

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in a Building Regulations Principal Designer or similar role

• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and design risk management

• Confident communicator, able to influence clients, project teams, and stakeholders

• Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects

• Ambitious and keen to develop within a specialist consultancy
