Looking for your next leadership role in the Motor Factor? We are looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our Penarth branch – overseeing operations, driving sales, empowering a high-performance team & leading The Power to Supply.

• Lead daily branch operations
• Drive sales and grow customer relationships
• Manage stock and performance
• Develop and motivate your team

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in branch management within the motor industry
• Strong sales and customer service focus
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Confident leadership and IT skills

Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
