We are seeking an experienced freelance Site Foreman for a well-established and growing main contractor, to oversee the day to running of the on-site labourers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high quality projects across the region.
The Role
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for supervising the labourers on site and ensuring a smooth and safe delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors/labourers
- Ensure works are delivered to programme, quality and health and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a site foreman
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Essential certifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- First Aid at work
