BMS Service Manager

Alecto Recruitment is currently working closely with a well‑established and growing BMS specialist who is recruiting for a Service Contract Manager to take full ownership of their service division in London.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility across:

• BMS servicing, remedials and reactive call‑outs
• Managing and supporting on‑site engineers
• Coordinating scheduling and resource planning
• Maintaining and renewing existing service contracts
• Developing new business from existing clients and introducing new customers
• Full P&L responsibility across the service function

• You could already be operating in a Service / Contracts Management role within the Building management systems (BMS) sector.
• Or you may be a senior BMS engineer managing a small team, ready to step into a more commercial, business‑focused leadership position
• You will need to have a good technical understanding within the building management systems (BMS) sector from an engineering background
• Ideally have managed a team
• Experience commercially would be an advantage to include profit and loss (p&l) accountability

Salary:

• £65,000 - £75,000
• £5,000 Car Allowance
