Sales Support Coordinator



Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our commercial team. This role is central to converting customer enquiries into competitive quotations, securing sales orders, and coordinating effective sourcing and purchasing activity.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, deliver excellent customer service, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support business growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate, and competitive quotations in response to customer enquiries
  • Proactively follow up quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed sales orders
  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate fulfilment through stock or back‑to‑back procurement
  • Source and purchase electronic components at the most competitive market rates
  • Ensure correct tariff classification and import compliance for purchased goods
  • Work closely with external sales representatives to support key accounts and business development activity
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal systems, digital sourcing tools, and processes
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams to resolve customer or supplier issues
  • Support additional ad‑hoc tasks as required to meet business needs
