Are you an inspiring Learning Mentor looking to support pupils with additional needs?
Do you enjoy helping young people overcome barriers to learning?
A welcoming Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor to join their team immediately. The successful Learning Mentor will support pupils with SEN, ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
This Learning Mentor role will involve:
* Providing targeted 1:1 support
* Supporting emotional and academic development
* Encouraging positive learning behaviours
* Building strong relationships with pupils
* Working closely with teaching staff
* ASAP start with excellent transport links
The ideal Learning Mentor will have previous experience working with children or young people in education, care, or mentoring roles.
The school offers every Learning Mentor ongoing training and strong leadership support.
