A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Chef De Partie in Ryde, working within a busy fresh-food hotel operation with an outstanding reputation on the Isle of Wight. Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role within the kitchen team, including:
- Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
- Running your own section within a busy fresh-food hotel restaurant
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistent standards
- Supporting service across the hotel's restaurant operations
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Chef De Partie role, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience at Chef De Partie level
- A strong background working with fresh food
- Good organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently
