Test Engineer

HX5 | £32,000 – £35,000 | Mon–Fri, 07:30–16:00

We’re looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to take the lead in testing and validating our industry-leading safety products. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure things work exactly as they should.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and run product testing from start to finish
  • Identify how products perform—and where they fail
  • Keep testing organised, efficient, and on schedule
  • Support and guide a small team
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Improve how we test, making things faster and smarter

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience in testing, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Strong focus on health & safety
  • Practical skills (tools, assembly, mechanical understanding)
  • Someone organised, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Experience supporting or leading others

What you’ll get
