The Role:
As the Technical Manager, you'll support the technical function, ensuring products meet legal, safety, and customer standards while driving a strong food safety culture across the site.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the growing QA team
Ensure compliance with BRC / retailer standards / HACCP
Support the management of customer and third‑party audits end‑to‑end
Own specifications, risk assessments, and food safety systems
Act as the key technical contact for customers and suppliers
Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
