is recruiting Team Teach trained Teaching Assistants to support pupils within an SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) setting in Shirley.
The Role
Supporting children and young people with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with personal care where required
Using Team Teach strategies to support positive behaviour and safe interventions
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide a nurturing
learning environment
Requirements
Valid Team Teach training
Experience working within SEN/SLD settings
Calm, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
