The Opportunity

A great opportunity for an Estimator to join a well-established drylining subcontractor delivering projects across commercial, residential and industrial sectors.

This role offers the chance to work within a growing commercial team, supporting tender submissions and cost planning across a varied portfolio of drylining and interior systems projects.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Measuring quantities and preparing take-offs.
• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Supporting value engineering and cost planning.
• Liaising with operational and commercial teams.
• Supporting tender handovers into project delivery.

About You

• Experience within estimating or commercial roles in construction.
• Drylining, interiors or subcontractor experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Good attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Comfortable working within fast-paced tender environments.
• Ambitious and keen to progress commercially.
