A specialised primary setting in Lambeth is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties (SLD), and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).

This is a unique opportunity to work in a purpose-built SEND environment, supporting pupils through a highly personalised and sensory-based approach to learning.

  • Eligibility: Open to graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children
  • Interest or experience in supporting pupils with complex SEN needs
  • A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
  • Willingness to support pupils with personal care where required
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
