Then please get in touch! Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Manager to join our client in the North Somerset area. 

Working for a family owned organisation that produce over 150 products nationwide across our supermarkets, this is a well respected and reputable manufaturing company at the heart of North Somerset. An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor to join the team and manage one of the engineering teams on shift. 

**Responsibilities**

• Advocate and influence the commitment to people and safety through the development and enforcement of working practices in line with legislative, company and working procedures.
• Manage the development and implementation of tools, techniques and technologies employed to deliver reliability focused asset care for out kit and equipment.
• Coach and mentor others and be proactive in the delivery of the highest standard of asset care through the application of best practice, developed knowledge and technical expertise.
• Coach others to effectively develop skills and knowledge of new processes and technologies to support sustainable asset performance.

**Requirements**

• Engineering management experience is essential 
• FMCG experience is essential 
• Electrical bias is essential (Ideally Automation & Control) 

**Hours**

• Four on four off, 2 days 2 nights
