£135 - £140 / day

A well-established construction main contractor is looking for a Site Administrator for a large construction project in North London.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Document Control and Records: Manage project documentation including drawings, installation records, and site registers, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Operational Support: Coordinate day-to-day site operations including scheduling meetings, organising site visits, and arranging site access.
- Project Scheduling and Compliance: Monitor project timelines and ensure activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Office and Material Management: Oversee site office logistics, order supplies, and manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between site management, subcontractors, and clients, handling queries and correspondence.

Required Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Confident using MS Office, computers, and learning new IT systems.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues efficiently to avoid operational delays.
