This role involves supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with prior experience supporting children, as well as individuals considering a future career in education or educational psychology.

Learning Support Assistant - Main Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in lessons
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
* Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working in a school or with children
* Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a calm and positive manner
* A passion for supporting students and making a difference
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
