Secondary School English Teacher – Long-Term Supply – Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and engaging English Teacher to support secondary schools across Birmingham on long-term supply placements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who can confidently deliver English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop strong literacy, communication, and analytical skills in a positive and supportive classroom environment.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to raising student attainment while delivering engaging and creative lessons that motivate learners of all abilities.

Requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply
• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
