Nursery Manager – London
We are looking for a passionate and experienced childcare professional to join our nursery as a Nursery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Nursery Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure outstanding standards of care and education, and help create a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
  • Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and learning
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards
  • Support staff development, training, and recruitment
  • Contribute to occupancy growth and nursery performance

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
  • Experience working as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
