Building Surveyor (AutoCAD Required)
We’re currently working with a client seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to support a range of inspection, maintenance, and project delivery work across their property portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and AutoCAD experience looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property inspections, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis
- Prepare specifications, schedules of works, and technical reports
- Produce and amend drawings using AutoCAD
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works
- Manage contractors and ensure works are delivered to quality, time, and budget
- Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and health & safety standards
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in building surveying or a similar role
- Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
- Good understanding of building pathology and maintenance
- Experience managing projects and contractors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
