The Role:

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled engineering team
• Improve engineering performance and operational uptime
• Work closely with operations across a 24/7 manufacturing environment

The Candidate:

• Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering leadership experience
• Commutable to Waterlooville
• Manufacturing or regulated industry experience
