Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of primary school settings? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable ECT Primary Teachers for general supply work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools.

This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching experience and explore different school environments while maintaining flexibility that suits you.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS for ECTs
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools

Guaranteed Work Scheme:

We also offer a Guaranteed Work Scheme for candidates who meet the required criteria, providing greater consistency and peace of mind with regular work opportunities available.

Safeguarding Requirements:

• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is preferred
• Applicants without one must be willing to obtain a new enhanced DBS
