£55,000 - £60,000/annum
Due to ongoing growth across the Aberdeen region, Kenton Black are representing a well established housebuilder in recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and resources to meet build programmes and quality standards
- Oversee and enforce all Health & Safety procedures in line with company policy and legislation
- Monitor build quality at every stage, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Maintain clear communication with commercial, technical, and sales teams
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure the site is presented to the highest standard at all times


What You Bring

- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role within residential housebuilding
- Proven track record of managing successful housing developments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A meticulous approach with a passion for quality and compliance
- Ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure
- Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or equivalent)
