An established and well-respected housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality residential scheme in Ingatestone.
The development consists of 57 units, including a mix of traditional houses and apartments, built to a high specification with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
- Monitoring build progress and quality on plots
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assisting with site paperwork and reporting
- Managing snagging and finishing stages
- Helping to deliver plots in line with programme deadlines
- About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee ready to step up
- Experience working on residential developments (houses or apartments)
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and hands-on approac
