An established and well-respected housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality residential scheme in Ingatestone.

The development consists of 57 units, including a mix of traditional houses and apartments, built to a high specification with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
  • Monitoring build progress and quality on plots
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Assisting with site paperwork and reporting
  • Managing snagging and finishing stages
  • Helping to deliver plots in line with programme deadlines
  • About You
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee ready to step up
  • Experience working on residential developments (houses or apartments)
  • Strong eye for detail and quality
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive and hands-on approac
