Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience to support and maintain our Quality Management Systems and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 compliant Quality Management Systems
  • Manage non‑conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities
  • Coordinate customer and third‑party inspections
  • Maintain quality documentation, material certification, and full product traceability
  • Conduct in‑process and final inspections using dimensional inspection tools
  • Support internal audits and quality investigations
  • Analyse quality data to reduce scrap, rework, and process variation
  • Work closely with Production and Technical teams to resolve quality issues

Skills & Experience

  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor qualification
  • Proven quality experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of NCR, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and quality tools
  • Familiarity with standards such as API, ASTM, ASME (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
