Quality Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience to support and maintain our Quality Management Systems and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 compliant Quality Management Systems
- Manage non‑conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities
- Coordinate customer and third‑party inspections
- Maintain quality documentation, material certification, and full product traceability
- Conduct in‑process and final inspections using dimensional inspection tools
- Support internal audits and quality investigations
- Analyse quality data to reduce scrap, rework, and process variation
- Work closely with Production and Technical teams to resolve quality issues
Skills & Experience
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor qualification
- Proven quality experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of NCR, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and quality tools
- Familiarity with standards such as API, ASTM, ASME (preferred)
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
