The Role: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

As the Social Media & Digital Content Executive you will be hands-on and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. Are you passionate and ambitious with creating scroll-stopping content, do you live and breathe social media trends, short-form video, and visual storytelling, could you be at the heart of our marketing engine, capturing, creating, editing, and delivering high-impact content that drives engagement, builds trust, and positions PureTech as a leader in security hardware solutions, if yes this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

• Create, capture and produce dynamic short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Edit video content with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform trends
• Design eye-catching social graphics and visual assets aligned with our brand identity
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across key platforms
• Take ownership of our social media presence and shape how our brand shows up online, from concept to execution, you’ll create compelling content that cuts through the noise
• Identify trends early and turn them into creative, brand-relevant content
• Monitor social campaigns performance and optimise content based on insights and analytics
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support campaigns and launches
• Ensure all content reinforces PureTech’ brand voice, messaging, and positioning

Skills & Experience: Social Media & Digital Content Executive

• Proven experience managing social media and creating digital content
• Strong video shooting and editing skills using both mobile and/or professional equipment, advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in video editing tools, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
• Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what performs well on each
• Confident working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Able to own and grow a brand’s social presence
• Work well within a team that values innovation and fresh thinking
