Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a massively growing FMCG manufacturer with sites across the UK. This Multi-Skilled Engineer role offers excellent progression, training, and long-term development within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The successful Multi-Skilled Engineer will carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, complete planned preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement projects across site machinery. This Multi-Skilled Engineer position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a business investing heavily in growth, people, and engineering excellence.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

• Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLC’s, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
