We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices. 🏥
💡 Responsibilities:
👩⚕️Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
👩⚕️Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
👩⚕️Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning
👩⚕️Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused
👩⚕️Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
✅ Requirements
👩⚕️Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams
👩⚕️Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
👩⚕️Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
👩⚕️Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles 💙
