The Customer Service Scheduler will coordinate schedules and appointments efficiently for engineers & customers.

This temporary role in Preston requires excellent organisational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Description

  • Schedule and manage appointments for customer service operations.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm and update bookings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules and customer interactions.
  • Respond to scheduling queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Optimise scheduling to maximise operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service department as needed.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Scheduler should have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination roles as well as customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools.
