We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment. 

If you thrive under pressure, know how to drive performance, and can lead teams across rotating day and night shifts — we want to hear from you.

This is a unique manufacturing environment, no 2 days will be the same!  You will joining a well-established manufacturing company, who continue to grow their order books. Your long term future prospects would  be outstanding.

This is a rotating shift pattern 4 on / 4 off days and nights.

Duties

• Lead and motivate production teams across a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• Drive output, safety, quality, and efficiency targets
• Manage production performance and solve operational issues fast
• Ensure HSE and compliance standards are maintained at all times
• Work closely with maintenance, logistics, and senior leadership teams

Requirements

• Proven experience of managing teams within a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience managing large teams in a shift-based environment
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement, ambitious and keen to develop further
• Comfortable working both day and night shifts (12  hour shifts)
