We're hiring an experienced PSV Technician to join a busy workshop in High Wycombe working a 4-on / 4-off day shift pattern.

  • 12-hour shifts fully paid
  • Average 42 hours per week
  • Overtime available
  • 20 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Pay review scheduled for 01/06/2026

The Job

You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of PSV vehicles, carrying out:

  • Servicing and inspections
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Safety checks and preventative maintenance
  • Ensuring vehicles stay roadworthy and compliant


What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Experience working on heavy or commercial vehicles
  • Bus / coach experience ideal
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
