An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a well-established residential developer delivering a major mixed-use scheme in South London.
This is a key role within a large residential-led development, offering the chance to manage technical delivery from pre-construction through to completion. The company is known for high-quality, design-led schemes and sustainable communities across London.
The Role
Handling the coordination of design and technical information, working closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, to specification and in line with all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing technical delivery of a large-scale residential development
- Coordinating architects, engineers, and external consultants
- Overseeing design development from planning through construction
- Reviewing drawings and specifications for buildability and compliance
- Ensuring information is issued in line with programme requirements
- Supporting project teams with technical input and problem solving
- Managing technical risks and approvals
- Coordinating specialist subcontractor design packages
About You
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, with strong experience in residential or mixed-use developments. You should be confident managing consultants, coordinating design teams and maintaining programme alignment.
