Overview
We're recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work across social housing properties in Bristol. This is a great role for a qualified electrician seeking long-term stability, progression and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing in social housing properties.

  • Complete EICRs, remedials, fault finding, upgrades, first and second fix work.

  • Work safely in line with BS 7671 and all electrical standards.

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.

  • Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).

  • AM2 qualification (Gold Card eligible).

  • Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, EICR testing or repairs (preferred).

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Strong electrical safety and regulations knowledge.

Desirable

  • City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification.
