Finance Manager

Location: Wales (Bridgend – portfolio-based)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance

Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for a Finance Manager to join their team in Bridgend.

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of financial performance across a complex, multi-site contract, working closely with operational and commercial colleagues to help the contract perform at its best.

You will turn complex financial data into clear, useful insight that supports forecasting, reporting, and day to day decision making. The role offers visibility with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape how financial management contributes to long term contract success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management across a large property and maintenance portfolio
• Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and financial insight
• Support commercial and operational decision making
• Maintain financial governance, controls, and compliance
• Prepare month end accounts and performance reports
• Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities across the contract
• Work collaboratively with client and internal stakeholders
• Use financial systems and Excel to analyse complex data
• Contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong financial management and business partnering capability
• Commercial awareness within FM, maintenance, or property
• Confidence producing forecasts, reports, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and data interpretation
• Experience using SAP or similar financial systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
