Anne Corder Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of an ambitious and rapidly growing commercial services organisation who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support continued expansion across the region located out of Peterborough.

This opportunity would suit an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on relationship building, self-generating opportunities and developing strategic commercial partnerships.

The role:

Developing and managing relationships with business owners across the region 

Generating new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and referrals

Managing the full sales process from initial contact through to close

Attending client meetings and managing your own diary

Building long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities

Working collaboratively with internal commercial and customer teams

Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline management

Supporting wider business growth strategies

What we are looking for:

Proven success within a field-based B2B sales role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commercially driven and target focused

Self-starter mentality with the confidence to generate opportunities independently

Resilient, proactive and solutions focused

Full UK Driving Licence
