Property Fee Earner - Camberley

£60,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE  

We are looking for an ambitious and personable Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a thriving and well-respected property team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied caseload, and working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will play a key role in handling a broad mix of residential property matters while delivering exceptional client service from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases 
  • Transfers of equity 
  • Remortgages 
  • New build transactions 
  • Shared ownership matters 
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties 
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process

Experience and Skills Requirements

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within residential property 
  • Are confident managing a busy caseload independently 
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • Thrive in a client-focused environment 
  • Are commercially aware and proactive in developing relationships 
  • Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
