Our client, Ringway, a trusted provider of highways services to the public sector, is seeking a Scheduler to join their team in Milton Keynes.

As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating works, managing permits, and supporting operational teams to deliver efficient services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain work schedules, adapting plans as needs change
  • Coordinate permits and ensure all activities meet relevant requirements
  • Manage enquiries, customer contact, and system updates
  • Allocate resources and assign responsibilities across tasks
  • Communicate works information clearly with teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support emergency response scheduling, including rapid turnaround activities
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and securely stored
  • Monitor programmes to help deliver services to agreed timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Actively support colleagues and participate in team briefings
