Senior Site Manager - Industrial & Commercial Construction
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex builds, from planning through to delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple construction sites, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement robust health & safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Resolve site challenges efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in industrial and commercial construction (residential experience is not relevant).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams and complex project logistics.
- Relevant construction management qualifications and site management certifications.
