HGV Class 2 Driver

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, (between 5am - 7am start)

Salary: £16.50ph

Start Date: Immediate

About the role:

We are seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver for an ongoing position located in Barnsley.  In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our high-quality furniture products to a variety of customers, including independent retailers and housing developers.

Key responsibilities:

• Transport, and deliver goods to customers on schedule
• Support the offloading team onsite
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Conduct vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues

What we are looking for:

• Valid Class 2 driving license
• Minimum 6 months experience driving a Class 2
• Valid CPC and Tacho Card
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Manual handling of goods
