We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Luton to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge or a Russell Group graduate seeking their first step into education, looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

The Role
  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in classroom settings
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
  • Assist students with additional needs where required
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or a strong academic background (Russell Group graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Passion for education and working with young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
