Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support within KS2, working closely alongside the SENCO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a school environment.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
- Ability to provide 2 years of references
- Experience working with children in the UK
- SEN support experience desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with SEN needs
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and SLT
- Support learning, emotional wellbeing, and classroom engagement
- Help implement individual support strategies and interventions
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
