About You

  • Experience within a consultancy environment is essential
  • Strong background in civil and/or structural design
  • Experience across multiple stages of design delivery
  • Confident producing calculations, reports and specifications
  • Working knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant standards
  • Able to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Microstation and/or BIM
  • Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis

The Role

You’ll be joining a growing, design-led consultancy environment delivering infrastructure projects across the UK.

This is a design-focused position, not site-based, giving you the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of engineering design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and reviewing civil and structural design solutions
  • Producing technical reports, specifications and calculations
  • Supporting project delivery across programme, cost and quality
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
  • Contributing to high-quality, consistent technical delivery

  • Hampshire-based office
  • On-site parking available
  • Close to rail and bus transport links
  • Hybrid working — flexibility required to support project delivery (no fixed office days)
