Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks

Quantity Surveyor - Saxton Recruitment is partnering on an exclusive role with a groundworks and construction contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work play a key role in an expanding business based in Derby.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £37,500 - £52,500 (DOE)

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
- Organising payments and compiling reports
- Managing project variations and valuations
- Produce accurate records and reports

Requirements:
- Experience working with a construction contractor
- Experience working as an Assistant QS or QS
- Experience working on 'live' projects
- Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £1m+.
