• Winning new business across the engineering and utilities sectors
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Generating and qualifying sales leads
• Managing the full sales process from initial contact to close
• Attending client meetings, networking events, and site visits
• Working closely with internal teams to support company growth

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Utilities sector experience would be a strong advantage
• A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Professional, proactive, and relationship-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary DOE
• Uncapped commission structure
• Monday to Friday hours
