Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Chichester
Pay rate: £17.90-£19.00 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours/shifts: 
Week 1 Thursday 4.30pm till 8.30pm and Saturday 9am till 7.00pm
Week 2 Thursday4.30pm till 8.30pm and Sunday 10.30 till 6.00pm 
school holidays: Monday 10am till 7.30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 4.00pm till 8.30pm

Must: Drive (UK license- manual or automatic)

 Company and Role:

• Our client is 19 years old living with cerebral palsy and a wheelchair user
• She would require support in the home including all personal care, moving and handling and medication
•  Our client loves activities such as rips out in the community , meeting up with friends, shopping , going out in her wheelchair on walks, Television , reading, and music. 

Successful Applicant:

• Previous experience and confident working with teenagers with complex conditions – brain injuries, cerebral palsy, epilepsy etc

• Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license and own car available
