A growing FMCG manufacturing business is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to help drive a strong safety-first culture across a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operations teams to improve standards, ensure compliance, deliver training, and support continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Health & Safety standards across the business
• Supporting compliance with ISO45001 / ISO14001
• Delivering H&S training and toolbox talks
• Conducting audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews
• Promoting a positive, proactive safety culture
• Supporting operational and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and systems
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills
• Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset
