We are seeking a confident and resilient Regulation Teaching Assistant to join a specialist PRU provision in London Borough of Tower Hamlets, supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs in an all-boys setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a structured and supportive environment where building positive relationships and promoting engagement in learning is at the heart of the role.

You will be:

• Rotating weekly between classroom support and on-call duties across the provision

• Patrolling corridors, encouraging students into lessons, and promoting positive behaviour

• Managing challenging behaviour confidently and professionally

The school is looking for a strong female Teaching Assistant who is confident working within a PRU environment and has excellent behaviour management skills. Candidates must be proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, starting after the half term break.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their education and wellbeing. Candidates must be fully compliant, with an enhanced DBS and references in place.
