Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming Primary School in the Dukinfield area of Tameside.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident HLTA to play a key role within a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will work across the primary age range, supporting pupils' learning, delivering interventions, and providing classroom cover when required.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
• Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Leading small group interventions to raise attainment
• Providing targeted support to individual pupils where required
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure pupils make excellent progress
• Contributing to the positive ethos and wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working within a Primary School setting
• Confidence in leading whole-class learning sessions
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning
